The 14-day rule

If Sleep, Finally does not earn its price back in better mornings, you get your money back. Reply to your receipt within 14 days of purchase, say “refund”, and it is processed - no questionnaire, no explaining your sleep history to a stranger.

How the money comes back

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Card networks take 5–10 business days to show it on your statement; that part is out of everyone’s hands.

What happens to your download

When a refund is processed, the download links from your purchase email stop working automatically. If you already downloaded the book, it would be kind of you to delete it - the author’s only ask.

Abuse

Refunds are meant for honest readers. Serial free-riding (buy-refund-download-repeat) may be declined, but genuine requests are always honored.
